About Ballet Across America: Shared Celebration Program
Illustrating the dynamic variety of artistry happening across American companies today, the Kennedy Center’s "Ballet Across America" series returns for a weeklong festival with a spotlight on women’s creativity and leadership in ballet. This season’s engagement showcases companies led by distinguished Artistic Directors Virginia Johnson and Lourdes Lopez with their respective companies, Dance Theatre of Harlem and Miami City Ballet.
