The Factory Theatre has occupied the heritage house since 1983, adapting the original structure to fit the needs of the theatre company. The building now houses both a 200-seat mainstage, with a balcony and proscenium arch, and the 100- seat Studio Theatre, where the original bowling alley floor remains.
