This June, StoryCourse will pair culture with culinary in celebration of WorldPride and Stonewall50.
PrideTable is a pop-up theatrical dining experience with 5 courses and 5 stories from a diverse, inter-generational team of LGBTQ+chefs.
PrideTable will train and employ at-risk LGBTQ+ youth from the Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI) after-school program to become the servers, hosts, prep cooks, and storytellers for PrideTable. All profits from ticket sales will go towards HMI’s Arts and Culture program.
This experience is made possible by the best in Broadway, culinary arts, and LGBTQ+ activism including founders Adam Kantor and Brian Bordainick, in collaboration with writer Benj Pasek and queer food activists Ora Wise and Liz Alpern.
