Tell Me More
You don’t have to look somewhere over the rainbow to relive the iconic performances of late screen icon Judy Garland live on stage. Now celebrating the 96th anniversary of Garland’s birth, tribute artist Peter Mac brings the acclaimed singer back to life at New York City’s Producers Club every Saturday night.
Mac, a self-described “male actress,” has performed his celebratory tribute for decades. His 1960s-era Judy Garland will belt out her onscreen hits and concert favorites, including “Over the Rainbow,” “The Man That Got Away,” and “The Trolley Song,” and reminisce about her life and career, from Hollywood film sets to the best stages in the world, including Carnegie Hall and the Palace. Aside from Garland, other stars drop by — all performed by Mac — including Mae West, Elaine Stritch, Carol Channing, Liza Minnelli, Tallulah Bankhead, Bette Davis, Dame Edna, Peggy Lee, Katharine Hepburn, and more.
