The King, The Final Hours
About The King, The Final Hours
"The King, The Final Hours" is a love story at its root. Few Americans know the King was torn between two women he loved. He faced internal demons with drugs and became insecure with fame during his later years. Yet, in his final hours, he returned to his childhood belief in God. This play explores all these themes, and leaves viewers reflecting on their own purpose in life, love and failures.
This is not a biography of the King, even though fans will relive his most defining moments. From the day he met Priscilla and Ann-Margret to the night the Colonel introduced himself to an unknown singer. This play is an artistic interpretation of private conversations and fears the King faced before his most pivotal moments in life. This theatrical play is not affiliated with Elvis Presley Enterprises.
