About Stand Up Showcase

IAN AGER

Ian Ager is a gluten-eating carnivore based in Los Angeles by way of North Carolina. Ian specializes in making nerd humor accessible to a broader audience, as well as intellectual poop jokes.

VIK PANDYA

Vik is a nationally touring stand up comic based in Chicago. Known for his sharp self-deprecation, observational humor on dating, & hilarious crowd work, he's opened for both Roy Wood Jr. & Michelle Wolf of The Daily Show, and performs regularly at Zanies Comedy Club & The Laugh Factory.

AK AGUNBIADE

AK Agunbiade is a comedian, storyteller, and writer that was born in the motherland, but grew up in the awe-inspiring cornfields of Indiana. His foray into stand up comedy was accidental in nature. He told a funny story once on stage at a college comedy show and people laughed. The rest is history. He has performed nationwide from Chicago, to San Francisco, to Louisville, Kentucky. When not performing, he is either sleeping, eating, or writing....But most likely he’s eating.

MIKE MAXWELL

Theater geek turned comic turned parent, Mike Maxwell is an energetic blend of sarcasm and absurd observations. He’s been a regular guest on WGN-720 AM and a featured writer for the Tribune’s RedEye newspaper. Mike layers in his love of video games, epic movies, and being terrible at sports into a relatable and genuine cry for help (or just attention)
