Soaring works and new commissions open Smuin Ballet’s 22/23 season. Dance Series 1 is a mixed repertoire program, including pandemic-delayed world premiere created by Cuban choreographer Osnel Delgado, crowd-favorite Take Five by Rex Wheeler set to the music of jazz pianist Dave Brubeck, and Requiem for a Rose created by renowned choreographer Annabelle Lopez Ochoa.
