Sex and the City Hotspots Tour Tickets

New York City is almost its own character in the beloved TV series. From the Upper East Side to the West Village, the island of Manhattan is full of iconic moments from the show. The Sex and the City Hotspots Tour allows participants to get off the bus and explore some of the locations, but not all of them, so have our cameras at the ready when you pass by. Depending on the size of the public tour, you may be on a passenger van or a coach bus.

What to Watch For

• Plenty of shows and movies aren’t filmed on location, though Sex and the City did a lot of filming in New York City. That said, the interiors were frequently shot at Silvercup Studios East in Queens.
• The exteriors of Carrie’s apartment actually changed throughout the first three seasons. But from season three onward, the iconic stoop at 66 Perry Street appeared and became a recognizable location for the show.
• On this tour, you can sink your teeth into tasty treats from Magnolia Bakery. The Bleeker Street location was featured in all its cupcake glory on the show.
• If you want to see where the most fashionable wedding never happened, drop by The New York Public Library. This stunning bibliophile paradise is as stunning in person as it was in the film.
