About Mr Toad's Birthday Party presented by The Australian Shakespeare Company
Come along on a new adventure with Badger, Otter, Ratty, Mole and Head Chief Rabbit, as they set off to save Mr. Toad from the dastardly Weasel.
Mr Toad is arriving back home today and all your favourite characters from Glenn Elston’s production of “The Wind in the Willows” will be there to take you on this raucous romp along the riverbank as they prepare to celebrate Mr. Toad’s Birthday Party.
But before the festivities can commence, we are shocked to discover two Mr. Toads have arrived at the party! Is it another of Weasel’s plots to trick everyone into signing over Toad Hall to him?
This is Interactive mayhem at its best and the fun escalates as the audience join in the all the animals trying find the clues to unravel the mystery!
A laugh-out loud show full of birthday shenanigans the whole family will enjoy!

GETTING TO THE VENUE
BY TRAIN: Rippon Lea House and Garden is a five minute walk from Rippon Lea Station, and on the Sandringham Line.
BY TRAM: Catch tram Route 67 (to Carnegie) to stop number 42 and it's a short walk.
BY BUS: Take the 216 or 219 bus from Queen street in the city on the southeast corner of Queen and Collins Streets. There is a stop directly outside Rippon Lea Estate. Make sure to ask the driver to set you down at the first stop after Glen Eira Road. The trip, by bus will take approx 30 – 45 minutes.
BY CAR: Parking is available locally should you wish to drive (Mel ref 67 F2)
