About Tacoma Arts Live
Tacoma Arts Live houses three theaters: Pantages Theater (seating 1169, built in 1918, and restored in 1983); the Rialto Theater (seating 739, also built in 1918, and restored 1991); and Theatre on the Square (seating 302, built in 1993). Tacoma Arts Live is proud to provide a vital home to Tacoma's Resident Arts Organizations that form the core of the performing arts in the South Puget Sound region: Northwest Sinfonietta; Puget Sound Revels; Tacoma City Ballet; Tacoma Concert Band; Tacoma Opera; Symphony Tacoma; and Tacoma Youth Symphony Association.

Park Plaza North Garage - 923 Commerce Street (located between 9th & 11th on Commerce Street) Subway Lot – 916 Broadway Street (located across the street from the Pantages Theater and Theatre on the Square) Both Park Plaza North and Subway Lot accept cash and credit/debit payments. Find the nearest kiosk and follow the on-screen prompts. For Park Plaza North, you'll need to provide your license plate number. For the Subway Lot, you'll need to provide your stall number. Rialto Garage – 909 Market Street (Located just south of 9th on Market Street) The Rialto Garage accepts Cash ONLY. Place $5.00 in the corresponding stall number on the payment box. NEW PARKING VALIDATION PROCESS. The blue validation tickets are no longer accepted as a form of parking validation. The new validation requires a coupon code to be entered at the pay kiosks for both Park Plaza North or Subway Lot. Street parking is usually available throughout the Theater District. The Tacoma Link Light Rail is a source of FREE transportation that connects the Theater District with the Tacoma Dome Station, where you may park for FREE. The Light Rail runs every 10-20 minutes until 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 5:50 p.m. Sunday. Most Tacoma Arts Live events are about 2 hours (but not always); please keep this in mind if planning to park at the Tacoma Dome Station.
