While you’re scrolling through Instagram, why not get some inspiration from some awesome theater-related accounts? We’ve compiled a list of our favorite performers on the ‘gram, as well as some accounts that celebrate all things theater.

1. Laura Benanti

This multitalented performer, Tony Award-winner, Queen of Twitter, and Melania impersonator also has an awesome Instagram. Sometimes funny and sometimes political, her account is always witty and real. She just had a baby (congrats, Laura!) and we can’t wait to see her post pictures of her little one.

2. Danielle Brooks

This star of The Color Purple and Orange is the New Black shares her exciting life with her followers through gorgeous pictures and hilarious videos on her lovely Instagram. Danielle is body-positive and encourages others to love their bodies as well.

3. Theatre Problems

What cast recordings you jam to when studying? Let us know in the comments! #TheatreProblems

Let your inner Theatre Geek shine with @theatreproblemsofficial. Their feed is full of theater-related memes, jokes, as well as information about current productions and performers. You’ll find an online community of likeminded theater lovers who share in your “problem” of having picked up the Stage Bug.

4. Tituss Burgess

Tituss Burgess. On Instagram. Need we say more? In case you need any more reason to follow the fabulous @titusssawthis, we will just say that Titus’ feed mainly consists of selfie videos where he philosophizes, makes up characters… and sings.

5. Kristin Chenoweth

This “popular” soprano’s Instagram is as pink and lovely as she is. Kristin Chenoweth’s delightful account @kchenoweth is full of updates on her career, videos of her singing, and (best of all) photos of her adorable and tiny pup, Thunder.

6. BackstageCast

Backstage’s official Instagram account @backstagecast features information about auditions and classes, as well as inspirational quotes and stories from beloved actors from the stage and screen. This feed is a must for up-and-coming actors and those interested in learning more about the ins and outs of show business.
