Social Ambassadors

Last night, we partied with our brand new Social Ambassadors, X Factor stars Diana Vickers and Jake Quickenden and lots of friends of TodayTix. We were thrilled to present our six new Ambassadors at the event as well as have a special Q & A with Diana about her work in the West End.

In preparing to select the latest group of TodayTix Social Ambassadors, we decided we needed some outside perspective on the finalists, so we decided to ask a few friends to help us out.

Last year, we launched our Social Ambassador programme, designed to provide a few lucky performing arts students the opportunity to spend 12 months seeing as much London theatre as they could, and creating exclusive content with us. They interviewed West End casts, took backstage tours and even went to special events and premieres. They were our TodayTix Squad and it’s been a really wonderful year for us to get to know them.

In honour of Drew McOnie’s brand new production of On The Town, opening at the Open Air Theatre in Regent’s Park, we’re taking a look at how he got to where he is and what young performers might learn from his journey.
